Nick Fabrizio, DC
Dr. Dominic Fabrizio,is a graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in exercise physiology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National College of Chiropractic in Chicago, IL. Dr. Nick has been practicing chiropractic care for 11 years and opened is own practice in 1996. Dr. Nick is a native and Tiffin and was a student at Calvert High School. Dr. Nick married Shayna in 1999 and they reside in Tiffin with their 2 boys Lewis and Dominic.
Shayna Fabrizio, PT
Shayna Fabrizio, PT has been practicing since 1996. A graduate of Ohio State University Shayna resides in Tiffin with her husband Dr. Nick Fabrizio and 2 children Lewis and Dominic.
Jil Musil, PT
Jil Musil, PT has been a physical therapist for 19 years. She is a graduate of BGSU/MCO and currently resides in Tiffin, Ohio with her husband Steve and four children, Taylor, Hanna, Luke and Erin. Jil is a shoulder specialist but is capable of treating many diagnosis. Jil brings a sense of "TLC" to our office!
Brad Wood, PTA
Brad Wood, PTA has been a physical therapy assistant for 16 years and resides in Upper Sandusky. Brad obtained his PTA degree from St. Petersburg College in Florida and adds a fun spark to our office. Brad and his wife Amy have 5 kids Maggie, Ryne, Mandy, Caitlynn, and Maralee.

Connye Welly-Combs, SLP, A graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology, Connye has been practicing for 10 years. Connye specializes in evaluation and treatment of children with articulation and language disorders, hearing impairment, apraxia, autism and down syndrome. Connye resides in Tiffin with her husband, Matt, and her two children, Andrew and Evan.

Wayne Kromer, PT is on his 30th year of practice. Wayne joined our office in October 2004 and brings broad knowledge and great experience. A graduate of Ohio State University Wayne resides in Tiffin with his wife Mary Ann and 2 sons Ross and Mark.
